THE START – LAND’s END
cornish coastline
- The Start of "Sup It And Sea" Will take us from the South Westerly point of Britain up the Cornish and Devon Beachs, known for its swell and surf.
THE RIVERS
THE SEVERN
- Upon completing the Cornish and Devon coastline, the challenge takes to the Bristol Channel and River Severn - with the 2nd highest bore in the world averaging 14 metres
THE CANALS
HEART OF ENGLAND
- Our route will take us into the heart of England, traversing county upon county as we head north before leaving the canals and rivers just before Blackpool
APPROACHING SCOTLAND

- We will pass by Blackpool and the Lake District coast before paddling around the grand, secluded bays before entering Scotland
THE GREAT GLEN
CALEDONIAN CANAL
- After Oban, the route will again head inland, cutting through the heart of Scotland from West to East by way of the Caledonian Canal.
FINISH – JOHN O’GROATS
EAST COAST OF SCOTLAND
- The Final Leg will take us up the East Coast of Scotland to its most North Westerly mainland point - John O'Groats
