MAKE IT HAPPEN
The first pair to paddleboard to John o’Groats from Land’s End is a daring achievement. It’s completely dependent on volunteers offering support. We are getting a land crew together.
The land crew will be Van and mobile based, forming our HQ on the road. It will be our point for administration, cooking and sleeping.
The expedition is starting 4th July 2021, weather dependent and expected to take 3 months till the end of September.
We are looking for individuals with a spirit of adventure who can drive a Van and want to experience a terrific Summer of adventures on the road with us. The reality is that we will need people comfortable to help with logistics, cook, and sleep in tents or a campervan. Additionally, any photographers would be greatly appreciated to be able to document our journey and your own, whilst helping with social media.
In return, we can offer expenses to cover travel to the expedition, food on the road, and obviously fuel for the Support Vehicle you’re driving.

We are looking for people that know their areas better than Google! If you’re along our route, whether you’ve lived there for decades, are lifeguards or fisherman or passionate about your hometowns, then let us know.
We would love to connect with people that have intimate knowledge with the coastline, the tides and local eccentricities to help with our planning.

We are also keen for any gratitude you can offer. This could be a hot shower, your driveway for our support vehicle to stop overnight, or even to offer a couch or bed for us and our support crew.
If you own a hotel, caravan or camping park and can offer facilities to us, that would be great.

We would love to see as many people in the community out on the water, where that be on a Paddleboard, Kayak, Boat or similar.
There are some very tricky bodies of water for us to navigate where company may be difficult. However, we would love to have people along the way who would want to paddle with us for a few hours, a day, a week or even more.
